Sequencing: vanity goes in before the wall tile, then the tile is installed around and above it so the tile face reads as the backsplash. Tile height set off the vanity counter so the tile clears it cleanly. Black silicone at the counter-to-wall seam.
Toilet
TOTO Carlyle II + WASHLET+ S7A bundle, MW6144736CEFGA — Cotton White. Includes the WASHLET+ S7A bidet seat.
Cold water supply runs to the left side of the toilet. Power for the WASHLET seat is on the same side — see Electrical.

Panasonic Whisper Choice DC with LED Light and Humidity Sensor — combo fan + dimmable LED + humidity sensor. Pick-A-Flow 80/110 CFM.
Install: Mount in the ceiling between the toilet and the washer/dryer (across from each other). Stock grille is white — paint to match the ceiling.
